The Fenwood Duster.
21 – 10 – 26
The first official interclub tournament of the season, for the Fenwood Duster, EP v Fendalton. EP regained it last year and there was a quiet determination to retain it. This was the 46th time this tournament has been played.
It was a wonderfully fine day although Canterbury’s easterly made itself known during the latter part of the afternoon and made conditions quite tricky.
Three bowl triples were played. Final score. EP 162 Fen. 104 EP 9 wins 2 draws Fen. 5 wins 2 draws
Organiser Pam Phair delivering the rules of engagement.

Pam Phair and Brian Smith with the Duster inviting Fendalton to to try again next year.
